Jenny handled the sale of our Hampton property in June this year. Jenny was able to achieve a great price despite a challenging market. At all times, Jenny kept us up to date with accurate and honest feedback. The Hocking Stuart Sandringham team worked tirelessly to get us the best result. Thank you Jenny, Julie, Nick and Stephen. We would definitely use Jenny and the Hocking Stuart team again.
We selected Jenny for her frankness, market knowledge and enormous real estate experience. We entered the market at a precarious time, and despite downward movement, we believe Jenny delivered us an end result which could not have been bettered at the time.
Mary Spanos 4 months ago Vendor We wish to thank Jenny Dwyer you her superb efforts during the sale campaign for our home culminating in a result which was well beyond our expectations and significantly above the reserve. Her expertise which is well know in the area together with her calm, friendly manner and meticulous attention to detail prior to and at each open meant that the stress levels ordinarily associated with the sale of a house were kept to a minimum. Jenny and her team engendered a level of trust in us through her words and actions leaving us confident that she was doing everything in her power to achieve the best possible result for us. We also thoroughly appreciated the responsiveness of Jenny and her team to every communication and prompt feedback after open for inspections which again led to us feeling valued as clients as safe in her hands. We cannot thank you enough for all that you have done for us and we would highly recommend you to anyone who is looking for a highly experienced real estate agent with integrity and proven results
Jenny was a thorough professional in all her dealings with us in our recent auction sale. Her knowledge of the overall property market in the Bayside area combined with open a honest communication were a great comfort to us from the moment we first contacted her right through to the after sales service. Great integrity and honesty are adjectives that describe her approach to both sellers and purchasers. With the backup of a wonderful team that is based in Sandringham Jenny ensured a relatively stress-free experience. We cannot recommend her more highly and certainly intend to use her in the future.
I would like to thank Jenny for making the selling of my property a smooth process. She was knowledgeable, approachable, personable and endlessly patient. She answered every question, explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly.
Jenny made us feel secure right from the start and it made selling our family home a much calmer experience. Jenny has a rare ability to be both a great business woman and an empathic communicator with genuine qualities. I'm not surprised she has such a first rate reputation because she really walks the talk! We couldn't recommend her highly enough to any one who wants first rate results by a wonderful person. Jenny's back up team are superb as well, and in particular her assistant Julie who couldn't have been more helpful, efficient and kind. I have sold a few homes in my time but this experience was beyond comparable. Thankyou so much Jenny and her team. Sharon and family.
This was an emotional experience selling our family home of 41 years. Jenny, Steve, David & team could not have been more considerate, and delivered an excellent result. Highly recommend !
Jenny Dwyer and her team at Hockinstuart were a pleasure to deal with. Jenny guided and supported us every step of the way, in every way. Thank you Jenny and your team for all the effort you put in to selling our home.
We have had a long association with Jenny Dwyer at Hocking Stuart Sandringham having bought and sold several properties in the area. We recently sold an investment property in Sandringham and our loyalty and trust in Jenny meant we did not even consult any other real estate agents. Once again Jenny proved to us her vast knowledge of the bayside real estate market and every detail of the marketing and selling process was handled with great attention to detail. Our property had recently been vacated by tenants and Jenny suggested using a stylist to furnish the house. She recommended a stylist who was able to do the job at short notice and we were delighted with the result. We achieved a price that we were very happy with. The result was achieved through Jenny and her team’s commitment, hard work throughout the whole process and Stephen Tickell’s long-standing experience as an auctioneer. We highly recommend Jenny and the Hocking Stuart Sandringham team to any potential clients.
We would highly recommend Jenny. Made the process straight forward and clear. Went above and beyond and secured a great result for us. Regular communication was appreciated, as was the preparedness to bring potential purchasers through at times other than the standard times. Excellent level of service.
We've now had the pleasure of selling 3 homes through Hocking Stuart - all great experiences with fantastic sales results. When it came to selling our much loved Orlando Street property, we briefly considered other Agencies but quickly decided to sell through Jenny Dwyer at HS, Sandringham. I've been aware of Jenny over many years at several open houses, however, when dealing with her personally, she exceeded her exceptional reputation and our high expectations. A commensurate professional, she guided us through the process and nothing was too much trouble. Her knowledge, attention to detail, commercial acumen are truly unsurpassed. We were highly stressed, having purchased a property prior to selling our 2 homes, the one we sold through Jenny locally and one interstate. What really touched us was not only Jenny's interest in the property she sold for us but her follow up and personal interest in our interstate property result, appreciating the overall impact on our overall situation. I wish Jenny nothing but continued success and hold her in the highest regard. She has a wonderful team and we'd like to sincerely thank the full team at HS Sandringham who worked on our campaign - Steve (Auctioneer extraordinaire), Will and Julie. We would recommend without hesitation engaging Jenny and her team for your next sale.
Having sold two properties with Jenny and her team at Hocking Stuart in Sandringham, I couldn't have higher praise for their sales drive and expertise. With the marketing campaign, they really listen to what you want and add value where it counts. Most importantly, potential buyers also feel comfortable as each is approached as individuals and their needs matched with yours. Local knowledge of the bayside market is second to none.
