When my advocate introduced me to Jenny I was impressed by her demeanour and laid back approach. Then, during the process of openings, which I feel no vendor would like, Jenny and her team of Julie and Sandra, were extremely professional and communicative in their approach to me and my family and their feedback after each open day was extensive. During the actual day of the auction is where they shone. The auctioneer, Steve, was very experienced and the advice he and Jenny provided before, during and after the auction was measured and filtered with experience, which gave a sense of relief and calm.
