On our first meeting with Jenny we knew she was the agent of choice. With her amicable nature, wide knowledge of the market and good advice of minor maintenance we knew we were in good hands. Jenny is a whirlwind and a get things done kind of person. She is passionate about her job which reflects on her ablility to sell houses. We would recommend Jenny to any prospective seller knowing that she is turning the cogs behind the scenes doing everything to sell your property. Her team are also apt at what they do, whilst keeping us informed and making the whole experience simple and seamless for us.

The staff are keen and eager at the beginning prior to closing the deal. Upon settlement, they are reluctant to entertain any queries. They promised to get rid of rubbish left behind by previous owner but that was not done. They agreed to follow up on a missing letterbox key but a week later, the responsibility was pushed to another party.

Not a very pleasant experience with her. She was always talking not listening. She kept mentioning one couple trying to buy the property but we highly doubted if this couple exist. This however lifted our offer. She is always in a rush, pushing things. After the first time the owner refused the offer, the second time she didn't even want to present because she just wanted to sell the property asap. Not much helpful. Not recommended this agent.

Be professional and knowledgeable

Jenny was highly professional and was very helpful throughout the whole process of selling my home. She went above and beyond her role to help me in a very difficult situation. Not only did she have great insight of the local market, she knew exactly what needed to be done to the house to secure the best price. Jenny helped me getting in contact with local tradesmen who were all fantastic and so helpful from the electrician, handyman to the gardener. Jenny went out of her way to get me a great deal for new carpets and when I was in desperate need of having my carpets cleaned she made one phone call and help was there within hours! I had a high end offer after my first home open and the house was sold shortly after! I guess that says it all. I highly recommend Jenny Gauci and her team. Thanks again Jenny for all your help.

We recently purchased a home sold by Jenny Gauci and all I can say is we did not have a positive experience. Being on the receiving end of how this real estate treats buyers means we will absolutely not engage their services in the future. Due to repeated requests by the proprietor to edit our review I cannot go in to the details on why we feel this way on a public forum. One piece of advice to anyone that engages with this agency is to do your research and understand your rights throughout the buying process.

I have bought two houses from Jenny and my experience in both instances was five star! Of course she's working for the Seller but she was also very fair to me as a Buyer which is important. Jenny's knowledge of the local area (Bateman, Bull Creek etc.) as well as individual streets and houses was exceptional and unrivalled. I would definitely use Jenny to sell my house and I would have no hesitation buying from her in the future.
