We were absolutely appalled by the service provided by Jenny. Not only was she rude and disrespectful at every point of contact, she also tried to coerce us into signing a contract of sale on the spot without looking over the documents or provide us a copy to review. She made the entire purchasing experience an absolute nightmare and when we asked her any questions it was clear she was lying to us, which was made evident when we met the owner, who was lovely! It was extremely stressful and upsetting that we had to deal with her when buying our first property and I would not ever recommend her business to anyone for buying or selling property. Never in our lives have we been treated the way Jenny treated us, and there was absolutely no reason to be as horrible as she was going through an already stressful situation.
