Even though this property is in my name, from the start I request Jenny to communicate with my Partner exclusively as English is my second language. Tim was very frustrated and furious a lot of time during the process of the sale due to the lack of communication and the laziness of the agent. Very rarely heard from her for updates. Leave us wondering if she was following up with potential buyers on time. Once the contract is drawn, she appeared to be working on the buyers' side rather than the vendor's. We found her very lazy and didn't bother following things up and shifted some of her work to the settlement agent. We have bought and sold many properties and this was the worst experience we have had. We would not recommend Jenny Gauci.
The best thing we ever did when it came to selling our investment property was to engage Jenny. Right from the outset it was obvious her knowledge and experience was first-class and we walked away from our first meeting without any doubt that we had chosen the perfect salesperson. Jenny clearly knows the market and what buyers - notably in Bull Creek - are looking for so she was immediately able to tell us the practical things we needed to do to maximise the price we would get for the property. As it turned out it was higher than we expected! Jenny's experience in dealing with buyers shone through and we valued her honest feedback in managing our expectations and keeping us up to date in terms of the feedback she was receiving from prospects and any changes we needed to make. We also observed that she knew exactly how to best manage the interaction with prospective buyers which ended in a great outcome for both parties I think. I would engage Jenny again in a heartbeat.
She is very mean and unprofessional, horrible communication, when we ask to do final inspection 2 weeks before the settlement, she was complaining is too early and end up we only get done 2 days before settlement. kick us out for the final inspection in 15 mins ,when already spend more of the time goggle to get the pool pump working. The minutes my husband walk in to the house, she already ask us to leave. We try arrive a second house inspection and we get thought we not allow to check anything. When the house is settle only provide us the key for the front door , back door keys was missing
