Buyer Beware
We recently purchased a home sold by Jenny Gauci and all I can say is we did not have a positive experience. Being on the receiving end of how this real estate treats buyers means we will absolutely not engage their services in the future. Due to repeated requests by the proprietor to edit our review I cannot go in to the details on why we feel this way on a public forum. One piece of advice to anyone that engages with this agency is to do your research and understand your rights throughout the buying process.

Firstly, I am sorry that despite my best efforts I was unable to achieve your complete satisfaction. My role as an agent is to negotiate the best possible price for my clients, while attempting to balance and address any concerns my buyers may feel. I strive for this balance, as many positive consumer reviews would attest, and made a substantial effort to resolve your concerns at settlement. You were compensated for any pending repairs and at no stage were your rights impinged upon. It is regrettable that you didn’t give me the opportunity to hear and address your concerns in relation to this matter.
