Smooth selling experience

The house was owned by my mother and she was awaiting a nursing home bed. We got Jenny involved over a year ago to complete a market appraisal and we then just waited. Jenny would make contact every few months. When the bed finally became available Jenny swung into action very quickly, getting the photos done and house on the market. We got ample notice of home opens. I was able to focus on getting my mother settled into the nursing home and my full-time job. We were delighted with the better than expected price. The whole selling process was as painless as it could be. Jenny was excellent every step of the way.
