Jenny Horn was my neighbour and when I first decided to sell my property I asked her to be my realtor. I also asked another agent. It took five months to sell my place and throughout the process I was able to compare Jenny’s performance with the other agent. Jenny’ performance was exemplary. She never stopped trying to sell the place even though it was a difficult period with little market interest. Jenny continued to hold open houses even when nobody had turned up previously. She always gave her best. Even after the property was sold, Jenny continued to help and support me right through until settlement. In comparison, the other agent was completely passive and did very little to actively promote the place. Jenny worked professionally and tirelessly and I really appreciate all she did for me. I would unreservedly recommend her as a real estate agent.

As a interstate buyer Jenny was very helpful and upfront in helping me to buy a property sight unseen. Since I was unable to travel to Yeppoon to view the house at the time she kindly took 2 friends through the house so I would have an independent assessment of it. She also recommended a good conveyancing solicitor and a excellent builder to do a inspection. I'd happily recommend Jenny to anyone looking to buy on the Capricorn Coast/Yeppoon area. I'll also be glad to use Jenny myself when the time comes to sell..... although that will be when I'm ready to push up daisies so hopefully a long time from now.
