The property was an investment property, that I had previously purchased while I am living and working overseas. I asked the platform to recommend someone who spoke Chinese/Mandarin, as I was busy with work and time difference and needed my parents whom dont speak English to participate in the process. I was also not able to come be in Australia for the transaction and needed all decisions and documentations to be handled online. Jeny was very professional in providing market information and professional advise in our property selling process, followed with detailed instructions on all the documentations needed to finalise the transaction (been overseas, documents needed a lot more than had I been in Australia) .
