Jenny Magill has been the agent involved in both our purchase and sale of 6/3 Denning Place, Port Macquarie. As a purchaser in April 2014, Jenny represented the vendor and agency in an open and professional manner and was able to provide relevant detail in response to our numerous questions about the property. Now having decided to sell Denning Place, Jenny's local knowledge was evident through sound advice on market conditions before we confirmed our decision to market the property. The marketing strategy was provided prior to the commencement of advertising with Jenny ensuring our understanding and acceptance of the strategy. Open feedback was always provided following all inspections with Jenny completing follow up negotiation with interested parties. Despite marketing the property over Christmas/New Year, Jenny was available and conducted numerous inspections, with the outcome an exchange of contracts after a few weeks of marketing. Another factor to be considered was the tenants who had been resident for 12 months. Aware of their needs, Jenny worked with the tenants, ensuring they were aware of the marketing strategy (open house, inspections etc ...) and this no doubt assisted with access to the property. Often real estate transactions create tension and stress.
