I know that this, as well as her work to find, contact and negotiate with potentional buyers in the reason my property sold before the auction. In the end though, it is her gentle persistence that I will remember and appreciate the most - always friendly, always helpful but when the novice property owner didn't respond, she always found a way to reach me and support me to work out what I wanted. She worked in a very professional manner to liaise between the vendor and the buyer to secure a sale both were happy with.
