I had been thinking about selling my property for over a year and that is where I stayed just thinking then I saw an Elders sign across the road from my place with an announcement "Sold in 3 days". Luckily I was home when Jenny was across the road and I asked her for an opinion on my place. Then I looked into her performance on sales and was impressed. Jenny looked through my home and came back with her ideas. This was in August and it was decided to put it on the market for September. Very rushed for me because I had been away until the end of August but with Jenny's vibrant personally and such positive thinking photos were taken at twilight (I am so glad I went this way because it shows how lovely it is in the evening). My home was put on realestate.com.au on Friday evening with the first open house on Saturday 12.00 to 12.30. There were still people there at 1pm and I wondered why. Can you believe the reason was a contract above the asking price. All done and dusted in 18 hours. Jenny you are a marvel and I really appreciate your care and thoughtfulness throughout this extremely short time that you worked your magic. Thankyou!
