I cannot fault Jenny from start to finish with us buying our home. Jenny went above and beyond for us and the seller. Jenny rang us and felt we would love this house and she was not wrong. My husband and I viewed the property and straight away knew this was finally the home we had been looking. Jenny communication and contact with us has been professional nothing was every been to hard she never to busy, to speak to me over the smallest of things. Jenny always got back to us straight away. We purchased the Property within 10 minutes of viewing, I can honestly say this has been the smoothest property we have ever purchased all because of jenny and the way she conducted herself. Jenny even arrange a broker and a 30 day settlement for us. I cannot speak highly enough of Jenny. If only more real estate agents where like Jenny there would be alot more satisfied sellers and buyers. We recently purchased a property through Ms. Jenny Royle. I should point out that Jenny was working for the owner of the property and not us yet at all times she was a pleasure to deal with while still doing her absolute best for the owner of the property. The sale was touch and go at a couple of turns and Jennys level head, straight talking, and market knowledge helped to secure the sale for the owner. It is a shame that real estate sales people ,on the whole, have earnt a reputation as desirable as that of politicians, drug dealers and used car salesmen. Jenny is definately the exception to the rule and as a result I am sure she will be very successful and she will certainly get my business in the future. I have no hesitation in recomending her to represent anyone wishing to sell or purchase a property in her area of opperation.
