She showed us multiple properties. She gave us realistic assessments of the properties, both price range and rental history. She even pointed out areas of maintenance that would be required in the near future. Jenny kept us informed all the way through the negotiations, gave her advice, but then allowed us to make the decision and assisted us on the path we choose. After the sale was accepted was where Jenny really stood out from other agents. She kept in contact while the property was under offer, but before it went unconditional. Once it went unconditional she kept in contact, informing us of anything we needed to know. Jenny was available at all times to help if we needed. Our past experience with agents is this is when they usually go missing, but Jenny maintained in contact.
