Selling your family home is traumatic. It's hard work, physically and emotionally draining. When you're dealing with health issues as well, it can become overwhelming at times, and the last thing you need is an agent who wastes your time with unsuitable lookers, unrealistic expectations and inexperience in a volatile market. Unfortunately, that's exactly what you get with many agents. They talk the talk, but they just don't measure up when it comes to walking the walk. Jenny's a straight talker and she knows her job and does it well. She works hard, doesn't make false promises, and she has many years of experience in her profession. When I met Jenny in 2015, I had been on a traumatic roller-coaster for months, needing to sell my property and buy another home in difficult circumstances. My trust levels were at an all-time low! I'm grateful to Jenny for her patience and kindness throughout the process.
