Jenny and Jeff are very good agents. They respond timely, trying their best to answer your questions and to provide you with advice and suggestions, which are valuable. They know the market and the area well. They are also very good at presenting the property in the prettiest way. I have been to several house inspections organised by Jenny and Jeff All their brochures come up with the right information. It was assured that they were doing their utmost to bring both the vendor and the buyer to the best balanced point. Highly recommended!

Jenny is a great real estate agent. She is very responsible and responds to request exceptionally well. She gives great advice and helped us find the favourite property. Even when we had problems she was able to manage it very well and found a solution. I was really gratified by it. 5 Star service!!!

We want to say a big thank you to Jenny Zhang and her fantastic team at CENTURY 21 Killara Real estate, Jenny Zhang is always keeping us informed throughout the marketing process and she was great at enhancing communication between ourselves and the buyer, and making sure all went smoothly. I couldn’t be more pleased with Jenny Zhang service and pleasant trust-inviting personality and heartily recommend her to anyone else wanting an honest, hard-working agent to market their property.

We made the decision to go with Jenny Zhang of West Pacific Century 21, as it was clear from our first meeting that she was professional, patient, thoughtful and had a great and deep understanding of the market. Nit only that, she was so committed and she worked very hard even over the Christmas and New year period to ensure that nothing was overlooked before launching our property for full marketing campaign. Throughout the sales and auction process, Jenny and her team were outstanding. Jenny was in constant communication with us, keeping us informed on potential buyers and preparing us for different scenarios. Jenny is a leading and well recognised agent in Killara! We would highly recommend Jenny Zhang and her team to anyone considering selling in the North Shore area. Yours Sincerely Ting Yue (Kristin) Ma

Jenny and Jeff were absolutly amazing! Our biggest fear of selling was not knowing the little details that would enable us to get the result we wanted. But Jenny and Jeff took the time to walk us through all fine details and the communication throughout the week was second to none. They are both such lovely people with the knowledge of the market to deliver a great result. My little 2 year old is still talking about Jenny and Jeff. I would highly recommend Jenny and her team. At least give them a call to meet and you will see them for yourself. Thank you again both of you for your extrodinary work! J+C

Both Jenny and Jeff are very professional and know the area very well. They have managed to secure quite a good deal for us for our recent purchase. Would definitely recommend their service...

We have been very grateful that we have chosen Century 21 Killara to help us sell our home. As it was our first home and our first time selling, sentimentality and lack of experience were mixed within the process. Kristine and her team has been helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They have given us the assurance to fully depend on them to do the job right. They were very thorough in their spectrum of market knowledge. They maintained great client communication. They were action initiative and always on the ball. Thank you very much, Kristine and the C21 Killara Team. From The Ng Family
