Jeremy was enthusiastic and upbeat, and always easy to contact. He was always quick with arranging visits, as well as flexible and accommodating. He did very well to smooth the whole process of purchase, especially negotiations with the vendor. He was friendly and open to discussing any questions or issues I had and suggesting solutions, and helpful in ensuring a smooth transition at settlement.
