We liked Jeremy as our Agent because he was very communicative during the entire sales process, paid for storage of our furniture at a local storage site for 2 months, paid for a mini skip and subsidised the cost of the garden maintenance person he had recommended to tidy up the garden. We found him professional during the 4 weeks we had our house on the market prior to it being sold.

From the moment we met to discuss the possibility of Jeremy and his firm managing our sale, we instantly felt it was the right decision for us. In fact, we cancelled meetings with other local agents later that same day in order to progress with Jeremy managing the sale of our property. Jeremy is an extremely positive person, at no stage did he dwell on any of the obvious imperfections of our unique property, instead he was able to provide awesome referrals for a local handyman, gardener, cleaner and plumber who helped us prepare the property for sale at a very reasonable cost . The entire sales campaign was painless, from start to end. Jeremy was very clear in regard to the proposed sales campaign for our property, regularly keeping us up to date in regard to general enquiries and interest in the property. Jeremy and his team sold our property within the first week it hit the market, which was awesome!
