Perhaps he could have shown a little more empathy towards us, an elderly couple feeling very emotional at having to leave a farm to which they were very attached and on which they had worked hard for many years, but on the whole an efficient and helpful agent. Jeremy, buying Imbandja Lane was quite a remarkable experience . Firstly finding it on my phone, reading about the property and reading it again. Deciding that it could possibly ‘be the one’ was hair raisinly close once the area and property were first visited. Trying to find a price close to our budget and the sellers was a good compromise and accepted upon second offer. Water source was an issue, however we wait to see how that pans out. Having experience from past farming life, I think it’ll be fine. Jeremy, you were professional and quietly confident the whole time and I appreciated Offers to ring whenever there was something to arrange or discuss.
