Whilst we looked at selling in the near future to build again, a phone call from Jeremy advised he had clients possibly looking to purchase in the area. Our home wasn't on the market initially but we thought what the heck, lets give it a go & see what interest was about, a one hour inspection on the Saturday, an offer on Sunday which Jeremy negotiated & a sale on the Tuesday.
