Where did initially prepare to go to auction however right up to the day before the only person who really registered and interest pulled out after reading the contract. In the meantime we did have somebody who put in a realistic offer and Jeremy was good to not let that person disappear because at the end of the day it was that person who actually purchased to the property. We were kept up to date all steps along the way.
