My partner and I have been on the hunt for our first home for quite a while now, and Jeremy has been incredible through the whole journey. Through our arduous search, he has been respectful and understanding of our limits, and personally brought this property to our attention. Jeremy found our needle in the super cluttered 1 bedroom haystack in St Kilda! We could not have been happier, with not only the end result at a price we were very pleased with, but the level of communication and attention to detail from Jeremy was first class. Although Jeremy deals primarily in properties of much higher value, more prestigious and with a lot more selling points, he was able to find an investor for our property in a very competitive, over supplied market in the 1 bedder space. His diligence in reaching out to his existing networks and database and also his understanding of the buyers needs no doubt led us to getting a very strong price for our place, compared to local recent sales we did very well. It can come across as somewhat cliched but if you want someone who you can trust, rely on and count on working their absolute butt off for you for the best possible price then Jeremy is a sure thing. A true gentleman and person of the highest level of integrity to be representing the Real Estate industry.

As Jeremy was acting for the seller and I was the buyer I was not his client. However, he was able to establish a good rapport as he responded very well to my questions about his client's property and was very keen to demonstrate to me that he would also help me to obtain all the information I required to make an informed decision which would be acceptable to his client. He was always respectful, helpful, polite, positive (not condescending) and keen to get the job done for his client.
