Jeremy is an experienced real estate agent who freely shares their knowledge but who also listens and respected me as the vendor. He is a very able communicator who ensured I was always kept appraised of progress with my sale. Selling whilst the property was tenanted added a complication to the process but he seemed to manage the tension between vendor and tenant needs very well. This was demonstrated all the way through the process and by his commitment to frequent communication. The process seemed to be managed quite tactically and he was also able to generate interest outside of the marketing campaign which when combined likely resulted in us finding a good buyer in a short time frame. As the headline indicates it was a prickly process and while at times unpleasant Jeremy guided me through it very well.

we met Jeremy at a open home he was selling but that house just wasn't for us, he asked us what we were looking for in a house an he kept searching an kept in touch , we have told him he went above and beyond for us to find a house that me and my partner could call home.
