I found Jeremy Karlovsky to be both friendly (we enjoyed his company and conversation) and proffesional. He was always informative, good knowledge of the area we brought our home in and always helpful. He helped to make purchasing our home and enjoyable experience if he didn't know the answer to questions we asked he went out of his way to get information for us.He is a good negotiator and communicator well able to bring parties together to close a deal .Whether buying from Jeremy as the agent or selling would not have any hesitation recommending him for the job.He always acted with integrity and finisse.

It is rare that a home is sold within 12 hours of being advertised on the internet, and yet that is exactly what happened to us. Jeremy had discussed thoroughly with us what we wanted to achieve in the sales of our home, was clear on what he thought would be a good price to set the home at for a quick sale and not compromise what we could actually make in its sale. He listened to our telling him all of the hard work we had put into the place renovating it and even how we might target interested customers. His wording of the place was clever and a huge 'tease' to elicit interest. He had a fantastic photographer come in who worked with us to get the best angles on the home creating a portfolio of photographs that were stunning and compelling for the viewers. Yes, our place was locked into a contract within 12 hours of being listed on the internet and we could not be happier with the fantastic personal and professional approach Jeremy took with us. I would have to say it is all part of Jeremy's personality and style and it was great working with him!

Jeremy was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services, especially to first home owners!! We knew nothing of how to purchase a house and being from out of state had no contacts for conveyancers or building inspectors, Jeremy helped us out and went above and beyond.

It was a pleasure dealing with Jeremy whilst purchasing our new home. He was always available and very helpful organising suitable viewing times and passing information to and from the vendors.
