Fantastic agent - not that we are planning on moving again any time soon, but we wouldn't hesitate in going straight back to Jeremy for any future buying and selling needs. Jeremy provided an appraisal for our house in it's original state and a potential market cost with work we were wanting to undertake (e.g. landscaping, painting, new carpet) before putting the house on the market. This advice was of great assistance to us in ensuring we didn't 'overcapitalise' when going to market. His advice was spot on and realistic re price range and presenting the house to potential buyers. He was fantastic with keeping us informed with actions he was taking to sell our house and always prompt in getting back to us when we had questions for him. Most impressive was his ability to get buyers for our house and offers inside the price range (with the final price above our expectations) while COVID restrictions were in place.

Jeremy has had to take over from Andrew Reeves, who moved to Queensland. I was reommended by 2 people to go with Andrew Reeves. I was VERY disappoined with Andrew Reeves. Jeremy took over with complete proffesionalism. He has looked after me. Anytime I needed to look at other properties, no trouble. In fact Jeremy was the 1 who insisted he show me the Apartment at Jordan Springs, which I am in the process of purchasing. Jeremy appears very quite, dont be fooled by his quite manner, Jeremy is with you all the way. I asked Jeremy to come with me to look at other properties, because of his knowledge of bldg and electrical knowledge.
