About Jeremy

In 2014 and 2015, Jeremy won the “Residential Salesperson of the Year for Principles” at the REIV Awards for Excellence and was a finalist in 2012, 2013. As well as his office being awarded the No# 1 Small Office in Victoria for 2016. He also regularly speaks and trains other sales teams on sales and client nurturing techniques across Australia. In 2013, 2014 and 2015 ‘Real Estate Business Magazine’ named Jeremy in their study of Australia’s Top 100 agents, placing him in the top 10 for Victoria in each of these years. However when asked what the most important things in life are, Jeremy cited family, friends and healthy relationships. Consequently, the aspect of real estate that Jeremy most enjoys is establishing and maintaining a good relationship with a client. When one sells property, one becomes a part of a client's life for a period of 4-8 weeks. Jeremy has a charming and delightful, if some what cheeky, personality which often puts him in good stead to maintaining his client/ relationships for far longer than the duration of an ordinary campaign. He takes his business seriously and personally. He is committed to ensuring the best possible result for all his clients. With thorough preparation, commitment, knowledge and research, Jeremy uses all the important tools in ensuring that a vendor's sale is a satisfying one. Jeremy has a proven record of learning everything there is to know about one's property, the market, recent trends in particular demographics as well as being aware of prospective buyers. Essentially, Jeremy has an infectious sense of humor. Fortunately, he can always be counted upon to see the lighter side of all situations and this often helps him personally when supporting the Carlton Football Club! By coupling Jeremy's confidence with his down to earth personality, he really is a people person. Besides his love for football other interests include surfing, and traveling. Jeremy's determination to win when playing sport is the same determination he holds when working on behalf of vendors or purchasers - determined to achieve the best possible result on all counts! The same commitment and determination that drives this hard working agent to excel in his personal life is also evident in his family life with Jeremy’s lovely wife and their adorable children; Son Ryder and daughter Indigo being the centre of his attention.

Really hard-working and a calming force!

Jeremy was an excellent agent. We'd never sold before and he walked up through the whole process at every stage - it really made us feel calm and ready come auction day. He also worked incredibly hard for us, and was always available - on weekends, after hours - I'm not sure when he rests!
