At the initial discussion he gave us a realistic asking price and applied no pressure to convince us to accept his recommendation. Needless to say our price range was higher. He explained in details what sale strategy he is recommending and explained the pros and cons of every other strategy commonly applied. After only two weeks on the market the property attracted an offer. He used his negotiating skills to convince the potential buyer to raise his offer - which we accepted. Ultimately we received only 2.5% lower offer than the lower margin of our definitely overly optimistic price range. Ultimately we were very happy considering the current state of the property market. We find him a good agent who represented very well our interest.

We found Jeremy to be very helpful during the sale of our property. He kept in touch with us constantly, via phone and email. All our queries were responded to promptly. He even raised issues we had not thought about/were not aware of, which were nevertheless important. A number of complications arose during the sale of our property.
