When I want to buy my unit, I asked Jeremy whether I can buy it not through auction because I had bad experience with the auctions (I was so happy before auctions because the unit price is in the range of my budget, but during the auctions normally the price becomes out of my budget). He said yes, as long as you offer before auction and I will negotiate with the owner. Through him we negotiate the price and the completion date since at that time I will go overseas. During this period he always contact me until everything is oke. Therefore in my opinion he is good communicator, negotiator and credible person who makes us (both parties, the seller and the buyer) happy.
