Service was great by all the Harcourt's staff, continued contact throughout the whole process. Local market knowledge was appreciated, listened to and understood the type on investment I was looking for which allowed them to provide me with ongoing relevant market updates.
Would suggest you try someone else. Quite aggressive at times and a little bit rude. Told the buyers he didn't know who designed our house but I was certainly was no architect which is amazing because we designed our house ourselves. His assistant Carlton was 10/10 he was lovely.
Friendly, helpful staff who were happy to work around our availability to visit properties given we were interstate. Made life much easier than other agents. I was happy with the service. The staff at Harcourts were very friendly and easy going, they responded to calls quickly and helped to co-ordinate a number of property visits in quick succession in one day to enable me to see as many houses as I needed to before flying home.
