We cannot write enough to say how highly we recommend Jeremy for selling a property. No matter what situation you are in, selling can be stressful and Jeremy's approach put us at ease from the start. We were wary of the 'stereotypical' pushy real estate agent but Jeremy is far from that. He is a high achiever without being arrogant. He is calm, thoughtful, a listener and communicative. He is happy to help in anyway he can. Even after we had sold our house (in 2 days with 2 contracts), he was still available to offer us advice. We will definitely be using Jeremy again whether it be in a selling or buying capacity. His service far outweighed his cost and further we got top dollar for our house.
