All three agents provided much of the same information and price range with prices for advertising and marketing being much the same. Where Jeremy differed was in his enthusiasm, his approach, his demeanor and the attitude that he could sell our house quite quickly. We were more comfortable with his 'can-do' approach than by the staid and cautious approach of his competitors. And it paid off. We received an offer virtually the first day the house was on the market. The next four weeks saw four other offers come in with an acceptance of an offer more suited to our circumstances. I was very impressed with Jeremy's all round performance, he was also always available to show me back through the property as you do not always take in everything even after a couple of viewings, example placement of furniture, power points etc. Very happy and would thoroughly recommend.
Jeremy managed to sell our house in 9 days, a great result considering the time of year and the market at present. He was everything we required and did everything possible to get the property under contract.
Our property sold within 2 weeks of listing (with Harcourts). In preparing for re-location to Queensland, our property had been on the market for the previous 3 months, having used another agency and an agent who i had personally known for some time, unfortunately this may have been a waste of 3 months as we were very disappointed in the lack of communication from that agent, and to us it seemed it was very much a a matter of taking the listing then 'seeing what happened'...anyway enough about them.
