We have used Jeremy's and Harcourts service for three real estate sales in recent years and Harcourts rental for management of a rental property. This most recent sale was during a difficult and slow market at our price point, but Jeremy through hard work, diligence and patience, was able to secure a buyer at terms which while less than expected for the property value, were ultimately acceptable to us and allowed us to move forward with plans.
