I was introduced to Jermaine Jones through my agent, when I was looking to purchase a new property, after recently selling my own. As a consequence, I have limited experience of his ability to sell a property on my behalf. However, what I can say, is, that Jermaine was very accommodating in arranging inspections of an apartment his clients were interested in selling. The apartment was, and is, currently rented, which makes this premise just that little more difficult. Once an inspection was arranged however, Jermaine was extremely helpful and took unlimited time in showing each and every aspect of the apartment, including the outdoor attractions, storage availability and car parking. When I requested a second viewing to afford my sister an opportunity of also inspecting the apartment, I was once again shown the same courtesies. Jermaine also consulted with me twice at my current residence (once at night as it was the only time I had available) to discuss relevant aspects of the sale and the signing of documentation.
