It was a pleasure to deal with Jerome! as we are situated in Sydney he was constantly updating us on the progress of the sale of our property. We found him to be very professional and easy to communicate with during the sale campaign. We were delighted with the result and would recommend his services to anyone looking for a sound and credible agent.
My husband and I found Jerome's enthusiasm for his job - selling our house - contagious, and we became hopeful again after losing hope. His almost daily phone calls about inspections, open homes, possible buyers, progress in the scheme of things were reassuring and nformative. His attitude, his easy personality, his professionalism and his pursuit of a good result, all made working with him a pleasure and, as it turned out, a success.
This is the second time we have had dealings with Jerome and on both occasions (buying and selling) we have been thoroughly pleased with him and his professional manner. We would be happy to endorse Jerome and recommend him to our family and friends. Cheers Jase and Bel
Thank you Jerome for successfully selling our property for the price we wanted. The property was only on the Internet for a few days before you had the purchaser interested which resulted in the sale only two weeks later. Jerome was friendly, polite and prompt and kept in touch with us during the whole process. We would definetly recommend Harcourt Signature and especially Jerome to all.
Jerome achieved an incredibly quick result for the sale of my property recently. Very professional job. Thanks Trent
If you are selling on Hobart's Eastern Shore, look to Harcourts to get them job done. After an unsuccessful campaign three years ago, we turned to the professionals for help and Jerome found us a buyer in a fortnight and at the right price. What more can you ask for.
Prompt, professional and courteous and knowledge regarding property selling. Highly recommended as you go to person for selling or purchasing. K Cresswell
Jerome was pleasure to work with, looking forward to engaging him in the future. Don Nettle
We found Jerome a very friendly, fair and knowledgeable agent. His communication was very open and honest. Would certainly recommend using Jerome.
Very happy with Jerome, the sale went through without any problems. I highly recommend Jerome and will continue to use him for any future sales.
We selected Jerome to sell our home based on the way he presented himself at open homes that we attended. He was straightforward, knowledgeable and gets results. He has a pleasant personality. He visited our home, gave advice on presentation, explained the process and set things in motion without fuss. He sold our home to the one of the couples that visited at the first pre-open home inspection. Through no fault of Jerome's not everything went smoothly. But Jerome followed up on everything and the sale went through smoothly. Whether you are looking at buying or selling I would recommend Jerome.
