A few months ago I made an appointment to meet with Jerome from Harcourts Signature, Rosny Park to discuss buying a Unit at Orchard Hill Estate. Jerome explained the contract to me & even took me out to Orchard Hill Estate to look at the Units & we were able to go through one Unit that was half built. Jerome showed me the plan & I immediately loved where Unit #32 would be built. Unit #32 is at the end of the Units, very private & near the beautiful bush & it will have lovely views. Jerome went out of his way to help me & explained all details of the building procedure & legal details throughly.
