Jerremy contacted us out of the blue and expressed interest in selling our house. We had discussed selling the house but hadn't actively approached any real estate agents so having him contact us showed he was interested in selling it. After speaking with Jerremy we spoke with other real estate agents but Jerremy's knowledge of the area and enthusiasm to sell our house was the deciding factor. Our house was initially tenanted and the tenants were not very accommodating with inspections and walk through's. Whilst this was a difficult situation Jerremy worked with both us and the tenants and did a pretty good job of walking the line between our interests and the tenants privacy.
