We recently sold our house in Townsville with Jeremy and honestly couldn’t be more grateful for his support throughout the process. Our sale came with its fair share of challenges due to a difficult property management experience ( a different company to Belle property ) Despite this, Jeremy remained calm, patient, and solution-focused the entire time. His communication has been outstanding and often checking in and updating us well outside of business hours, even with a family of his own. We didn’t even go to market with our property. Jeremy found a buyer off market which made the whole process a lot quicker than we were expecting! It’s rare to find an agent who genuinely cares about the sellers and the buyers, but Jeremy has been that person for us.
