In early 2016 we commenced downsizing, repairing and reconditioning our house in Tarragindi in preparation for moving to a retirement village. A couple of months later our daughter suggested we contact Jerri as a potential real estate agent. We phoned her and she came around to meet us and have a look over the place. She made a couple of suggestions about what to fix and there-after very gently and very smoothly took over management of our project. She would periodically drop in to check our progress and point out things to do and things not to do. She could always provide contacts with tradesman to handle particular jobs. She was always very friendly and helpful. In late August she suggested September would be the best time to sell our property. We were happy with this as we were concerned it could take some months to sell. She handled all the marketing arrangements including arranging "dressing" of the rooms for display, photography, signage, online publicity and marketing. She got all the agents from her office to visit and help estimate pricing. She then ran a number of open houses over a week and sold the property for considerably more than the asking price in just 6 days. She turned what we thought could be a very stressful experience into a rather enjoyable one. As well as being wonderful to deal with we felt that, as the vendors, Jerri was always on our side determined to get the best possible result for us. We would strongly recommend her to prospective property vendors. Personally we wish her and her husband all the very best for their future.
