A close friend of ours owns Belle Property North Richmond, so he introduced us to Belle Property Ryde. Initially we met with Chris Allison, and we were a little disappointed with his opinion on the property value ($500K-$530K). It took longer than we expected to prepare the home unit for sale, and when we were ready and contacted the agency again, Chris was not available so we were passed on to Jerrie Harris. This turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. Jerrie gave us excellent advice prior to listing the unit about some finishing touches to the presentation (changing the lights and using staging furniture). His communication throughout was just right, he kept us well informed but didn't pester us or over-share too much detail. Jerrie was clearly confident that his timeline and campaign approach would get results, and the outcome was a great sale price of $605K, which was higher than we had dared to hope for, and no need to go to auction. I would give Jerrie 10/10, the recommendation score of 9 for Belle Property is due to the slightly shaky start with Chris, and a couple of discrepancies around the Salefunder charges (probably not directly the responsibility of Belle.)
