Jerry and his associate John explained the sales process very well to us, appreciating that although they have sold many homes over the years, we have not. We appreciated them walking is through the negotiation process and gave us both expert advice, as well as full autonomy to direct them to act along with our wishes. In the end, they took what can be a stressful event and delivered an above expected result in 8 days!! We sold our home 'off the market' and although we didn't utilize the full agent selling experience, we would recommend both Jerry and John if your objective is to remove the stress from selling your home and you need help understanding the steps involved.
