Jerry Zhang was the real estate agent listing two units I wanted to acquire as investment properties. I found him to be extremely dynamic as well as very competent. My perspective is that he went over and beyond his duties to facilitate the sale of the units. Through him, communication with the sellers were easy flowing and once the offers were accepted, he resolved rapidly all aspects of the negotiations towards settlement. This required liaising with the sellers, the building inspector, tradesmen and the lawyers. Dealing with him gave me the impression there does not seem to be issues or problems he cannot find solutions for. He also demonstrated having a solid knowledge of the local tenancy market and I trust him with the management of my two units. Altogether he fulfilled his role very efficiently showing high standards of professionalism and I can only highly recommend his services to any other prospective buyer.
