I recently purchased a unit in Westmead and this took approximately 6 months. Within these 6 months I came across Jerue in a number of open houses and it was nice to be greeted with a friendly face and acknowledged each time our paths crossed. After finding my unit and commencing the negotiation process, Jerue assisted in making this a very easy and seamless process. Understanding that it is all part of the job, being able to contact him on his days when he was with family to assist me with my enquiries was not expected but greatly appreciated. Jerue impressed me as someone who understood the needs of both the seller and the buyer which is why I believe he is very successful in his occupation. He was never forceful in his sales approach, which was appreciated, but he left me in no doubt that he would get the best price he could for the buyer.
