We had been trying to sell our block ourselves for a year and a half with no success. We then engaged Jess Adams and she was able to garner interest and we soon had an offer, which unfortunately fell through. However Jess continued to actively pursue the interested buyer and eventually secured an unconditional offer. She kept us informed regularly as to the number interested buyers she had. As the block is in a unique location it needed a specific buyer. Jess was able to find us that buyer. Jess treats everyone with respect and honesty, which made the sale process easy for us.
This is the second time that we have asked Jess to sell a property for us. And both times she sold our property in less than a week. First time was our first home back in 2017. The second time was a bit more emotional as it was my mum's home who sadly passed away in April last year. I recently had lost my father plus I was having some health problems at the time but I needed to sell my house so I made contact with Jess. She took me on as this was not going to be the normal run of the mill sale. The yard was over grown, too much stuff in the house plus the house was in need of repair. With all that in mind Jess took me on warts and all. What I love about Jess is she is a straight shooter. Jess told me exactly what I needed to do to get the house ready for market. Once the house was ready to be advertised, Jess took her time in getting the advert just right. Jess didn't want the regular for sale advert that you normally see. Jess really went above and beyond and in her typical Jess style, she made sure that for all the negatives we had plenty of positives listed. My family and I were very impressed with the care Jess had taken with the advert. Jess also had to have the conversation with me about lowering the price as it was too high and the market had changed. Initially I was not too happy but then upon reflection of the state of the house I realised I needed to trust Jess and her knowledge of what the market was doing. Shortly after lowering the price the house sold. I was really pleased with the sale of the property. Jess really went above and beyond and I really don't know what I would have done without her. I believe if I had used another agent either I would not have got the price I did or my house would still be on the market. Jess I personally hope that your business grows from strength to strength as no agent these days would have put in the time effort that you did. Jess you made it your personal goal to get the best outcome for me, their are no words in the world to describe how grateful I am for everything you have done for me.
