Jess was very easy to talk to, and conducted himself throughout the whole process very professionally. He had a good knowledge of the market area and always had a positive friendly attitude and was very supportive. I believe that he could may be learn to give a little bit of constructive criticism and learn a little more on different ways to style houses to suit different themes to help vendors understand that when you are selling your home, you are trying to get buyers to feel that your house has that homely feeling and the wow factor that says l must have this house, which really could just be the furnishings . Jess really was a very nice honest person, it was a pleasure to have him working with me to sell my house, which we achieved about what l had wanted in a very slow market.

What can I say. Everything that was thrown at Jess was dealt with in a calming influence, great understanding and an ability to talk things through with you to calm you down. I really had times when I felt sorry for Jess with the things he had to deal with during our build up to sale with 2 parties involved that had different wievs and expectations on the market value. But Jess was brilliant in helping bringing everything to a better result than what I was expecting in the market. Could not recommend Jess and everyone at Fletchers real estate more highly. No bull no false promises and pumping up the amount your house is worth. Honest hard working and true to their word
