A massive thank you to Jessica Dignon for helping us buy our very first home! We had a bit of a bad run for a few months before we were lucky to meet Jessica. We had met and dealt with other agents who were manipulative, dishonest and solely just working for their seller or the commission they wanted to earn. We weren't sure if we were experiencing this because we were first home buyers and other agents knew we didnt understand the market and process and therefore thought they could get every cent out of us by lying and being completely unreasonable during negotiations i.e. pretending their were multiple offers when there wasn't just to force our offer up and forcing us to make an offer on the spot without going away and thinking about it making sure the property was right for us. Anyway enough about the bad experiences we had and a little bit about how Jess was completely able to turn our experience around for us. From the very beginning Jessica was friendly, approachable and honest. Jessica has a wealth of knowledge of the Brighton, sandgate, bracken ridge, deagon and surrounding areas. This was very helpful for us as we hadn't been in the area before. Jess's service throughout was amacculate; from making herself available at any time of the day so we could inspect a number of her properties to being incredibly patient allowing us to ask her a million questions to giving us time to go away and think about it. Jess's honesty is second to none and her communication is the best we experienced, she kept us updated, was never pushy and guided us through a seamless process of bying our first home. We need more agents like jess around, if it wasnt for her we would've given up looking to buy as we'd lost faith and trust in all other dodgey and pushy agents out there.
