I recently bought a property in Goulburn and had the pleasure of dealing with Jess, who at all times showed herself to be professional, honest, calm, reliable and helpful. She went out of her way to open the property at odd times, answered numerous questions and phone messages and was always kind and courteous and never pushy. Jess’ calm demeanour took the stress out of what could have been a very stressful situation.
