I could not have been more happier with the process and result. Jess was very professional from the outset. She advised on why we should list at a certain price, made it easy for me to understand the strategy and it went to plan - the property listed on Thursday and it was sold by Saturday afternoon (for a great price). I was also very happy with how the place presented, which was all down to Jess pointing me in the right direction for a stylist to stage the property. Jess coordinated all that for me. In the lead up to having the property staged and throughout the short period of time it went on the market, I was never left wondering "how is it all going?" - Jess was great with her communication over text, email and phone calls, which is what I wanted.
