Jess was an extremely motivated and helpful agent. As I was interstate when selling the property Jess arranged trades people and attended to a lot of small issues on my behalf which really made the selling process run smoothly. And of course she found a buyer at a price I was happy with. I would highly recommend Jess to sell your property.
I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Jess was professional and enthusiastic from start to finish. Jess was able to secure a good price in this slower market and always went the extra mile. Very happy.
Jess has shown what a great agent is all about, she has great professionalism in what she does. I have no hesitation to recommend Jess to anyone,I was glad to call her not only my agent but also my friend she has been helpful through not only the sale of my property but also my new purchase as well ,,,10 out of 10 Jess keep up the good work.
Jess is the best real agent I've worked with, I felt so at ease knowing that Jess has everything under control even though I'm not in town. She really goes above and beyond. Her strategies and approach led to many inspections by real buyers, she is responsive and very professional. Jess clearly knows her stuff, and with years and years of experience in the industry, she was able to help me sell my house in a short time and good price. I would highly recommend Jess to everyone!!
Felt a good vibe about Jess when I first met her that's why I signed with Ray White I thought she seemed honest and upfront we mainly worked with Raymond who sold the house for us and he was awesome all the way through always replied to my messages straight away and he always answered any questions I had even if he was unsure he'd get straight back to me with the answer. Would thoroughly recommend Jess and Raymond to anyone buying a house
As a senior female Seller, Jess couldn't do enough for me. She is a professional and friendly and pleasant lady, more importantly Jess kept me informed and up to date. Helped me dispose of unneeded possessions. What a wonderful person and an asset to Ray White. There needs to be more Jess Nguyens in this line of business.
Having spoken with Jess in the past, when I was approached by another agent to sell my investment property, I knew I wanted her as a second opinion. Subsequently I listed with Jess and her team for the following reason: - talks straight about expectations with no b/s just to get the listing - communicated who the target was and kept me informed - achieved the result consistent with guide within weeks Jess is a true professional with a stellar team. Impressed by the experience, I have listed another property with Jess. 5 Stars!
had a long run of issues with contract and settlement based on the previous owners requests, Raymond Bita and Jess Nguyen had reassured and helped us thorougly through the whole process and had made it possible for us to secure our first home. thanks to the Jess Nguyen team
Jess and her team know their stuff! Highly professional and very honest. Made what was an emotional experience for me very bearable. I would definitely use or recommend Jess and her team.
From the very start Jess was professional, honest and reliable. She discussed a number of strategies and options available to achieve the result we were hoping for. We wanted an ambitious price and throughout the process Jess provided feedback, advice and recommendations to give us the best possible chance to achieve this - Jess didn't promise anything she couldn't deliver and got well above what other agents told us we would get. I would highly recommend Jess as an agent you can trust. A cut above the rest! Fantastic result!
We chose Jess and her team to sell our house based on recommendation. From the moment we met Jess we knew we were in good hands. She was a straight shooter from the start and great with keeping in contact with us. Thanks to Jess and her team we were able to sell without even getting to market and had a signed contract 4 days after several groups had been through. We were thrilled to say the least and Jess and her team were fantastic with ensuring all our questions were answered. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jess. Kirsty and Joel
