Jess and Chad were both excellent. Our situation probably wasn’t uncommon (selling due to separation) but Jess was very accommodating when we weren’t up to open homes. Jess managed our expectations with facts and data from recent sales in the area and kept us in the loop with the process from signing the contract through to settlement. Friendly but stern when she needed to be and supported by a great team. Would highly recommend Jess & the team.
