Jess is very knowledgeable about the market, professional and is out to get the best result

The Agent was not professional. She was desperately calling me on Saturday evening when I had previously informed her that the time is not the best. When I returned her call, she was being rude and overly aggressive to ask me to pay the 0.25% deposit when I was still in the middle process of consideration. Also,, when asking about strata fees, she gave false information. I was raising the concern of high strata fees, she said it will go down eventually. When I confirmed this with my lawyer, this will never happened.

Very accommodating that Jess waited us for a late inspection. Very thankful !
